These roles included exposure to markets in both New Zealand and Australia as well as South East Asia and Europe.

As an Industrial Property Strategist, David can apply his knowledge of supply chain management and optimisation with his understanding of the importance of robust real estate strategies to unlock even greater value. He is a strong negotiator, understands risk, and has a background in functional leadership roles which means he understands the financial implications of major strategic decisions.
