With over a decade in the industry Natasha’s experience includes workplace strategy and change management, tenant advisory, and roles in flexible workspace solutions across both national and international markets, with responsibilities ranging from research and analysis to lease acquisition and portfolio management. In addition to holding nationally recognised qualifications in property services, Natasha was also selected to participate in the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property Program, which champions female leaders in the property industry.

Through her experience Natasha has developed a deep understanding of what commercial tenants require to improve their efficiency and performance. Natasha is a strong negotiator and a smart operator in handling lease renewals, relocations, disposals, consolidations, make goods, surrenders, and the facilitation of flexible workplace arrangements.
